We do not offer cash refunds on any purchases.
We do not accept returns on items in the grocery collection.
However, because we value your satisfaction, we offer store credit for returns on qualified items within 14 days. If the product is returned in poor condition the store credit could be denied. If you have an issue with your order — such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@jacksnaturalfoods.com, and we'll be happy to issue store credit toward a future purchase.
Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any purchase in our store.
We reserve the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis.
